Our researchers are all volunteers.  They will respond to your query as soon as they possibly can.  They will also suggest a donation amount (approximately $10 per hour). Postage will be extra.  Packages that need to be mailed will require a donation in advance to cover the cost of postage.

Your donation helps our organization to better serve other people like yourself. Your comments and suggestions will also be welcomed when the researcher reports at our monthly meetings. 

Please include your name, address and email address when sending in a query.  It is important to write “Query” and list your SURNAMES in the subject line so our researchers don’t mistake your email for spam.
