To create a GEDCOM file with Personal Ancestral File

 

1. From the File menu, select Export.

2. Select an Export To option “Other GEDCOM 5.5”

 

3. Click the Char Set “ANSEL” option.

 

4. Click Export

 

5. Pick Yes

 

 

6. Pick "Ok"

7. Fill in the blanks and pick OK

 

8. Select the drive and folder where you want to save your GEDCOM file.

9. Type a name for the file, and click Export

 

10. Click OK

 

CONGRATULATIONS!  YOU DID IT !

Created a GEDCOM file on your hard drive.

 

Now send the GEDCOM file to saidenuj@midlands.net as an attachment.
